Generate NX= I got NONE

I logged onto the main website and went to community and clicked generate nx.

I clicked the button "Generate 30k nx"

It says I already have nx =\

I dont have any NX cash in the Cash Shop, So i don't understand why.

The only NX item i have is tht glowing cap Chad gave to me for a reward on a event.

Not sure if this is a complaint or Bug/Glitch, but can some1 help or explain why this is happening?

Ya try it now it should be working. He fixed the codes so that they would generate correctly.
